Sizing: Measure around leg, 3 inches above knee 13.0-21.0 in./33.0-53.0 cm. See product care on bottom of package. Important Instructions: Hinge Placement. 1. Measure around leg, 3 in above knee. 2. Use S/M pocket if your knee measures 13.0-17.0 in (33.0-43.0 cm). 3. Use L/XL pocket if your knee measures 17.0-21.0 in (43.0-53.0 cm). 4. Flex hinge into a V shape. 5. Insert hinge ends into the side pockets. 6. Repeat this process for both hinges. 7. Adjust as needed. Easy to Apply: 1. Adjust position of side hinges (see above). 2. Align over knee, logo above kneecap. 3. Fasten bottom section. 4. Fasten top section. Product Care: Hand wash, cold. Do not bleach. Line dry. Air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.
